Getting started
Do I need an account to try it?
No. You can start a conversation without registering, without an email address and without a social login. If you later want features that persist between visits, you can create an account then — but nothing on the first screen requires one.
The site asked for camera permission. Is that safe?
That prompt comes from your browser, not from us, and your browser decides what we can see. Nothing is transmitted before you accept, and you can revoke the permission at any time from the padlock icon in the address bar. Declining is fine too — your camera is optional and you can still talk.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes — phone, tablet and desktop, all in the browser. There is no app to install. On a phone the front camera and normal earphones are all you need.
When something is not working
My camera or microphone is not being picked up
Check three things in order: that you allowed the permission when the browser asked (padlock icon in the address bar), that no other app is holding the camera — video call apps are the usual culprit — and that the right device is selected if you have more than one. A page reload after fixing any of these is usually the last step.
The video is blurry or keeps freezing
Almost always the connection rather than the camera. Move closer to the router or switch off the VPN, close other tabs that are streaming, and prefer Wi-Fi over a weak mobile signal. Video quality drops before the call does, so a grainy picture is the system protecting the conversation.
It says nobody is available
It means everyone online is mid-conversation right now, not that the service is down. Waiting a few seconds and starting again is normally enough. Traffic is heaviest in the evening across Europe and the Americas.
The call ended on its own
Either the other person skipped, or one side lost connection. There is no penalty and nothing to fix — press start again and you go back in the queue.

How do I stop being matched with someone?
Block them. The button is on the call screen next to skip and report, and a blocked person is never matched with you again. You do not have to say anything to them first.
Someone asked me for money. What do I do?
End the call and report it. Nobody legitimate on HornyGirl will ask you to move to another app and then send money, top-ups or gift cards — that request is the scam, every time. See the safety page for the pattern in full.
Can I choose who I talk to?
No, and that is deliberate. Matching is random so nobody can pay to be shown to you first. The photos on the home page show the kind of people who use HornyGirl; they are not a menu you pick from.
Privacy, money and your data
Is my conversation recorded?
Calls are private between the two people on them. They are not broadcast, there is no audience, and nothing is published. What is retained and for how long is set out in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Ask us. The privacy policy explains what we hold and the route to have it removed, and the contact page reaches a human who can action it.
Do I have to pay?
Not to start, and not to have a conversation. There is no per-minute clock running while you decide whether you like someone. Paid options exist for people who want them and are never required.
How do I reach a person?
Use the contact page. Include what happened and roughly when — for anything involving another user, a report from the call screen reaches moderators faster than an email does.
